And staring today I cannot use it at all, I continually get that message no matter what filter o try to use or how many times I restart the app. I even deleted and reinstalled the app with the same issue. I know the monthly payments are not terribly high, but I am very choosy about the apps that I pay for and my expectation is that if I am spending my money I should be able to use the product I am paying for so very disappointed with the situation and thinking of getting rid of my subscription and the app all together.
I do not like to waste my money. I've never been this excited about a photo editing app as I was when I discovered Prisma.. For ex. I do try again and it's always the same.. I mean either it should work properly or you need to fix it.. I would love to make a 5 star raving review but I'm so frustrated!
